During our family vacation at Grand Hyatt, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and thoughtful amenities, making our stay delightful. The comfortable rooms provided us with a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. Our kids particularly enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool, offering a fun and safe environment for them to splash around.One evening, we decided to try out the tennis and squash courts shared with a neighboring luxury apartment block. It was a great way for the family to bond over some friendly matches. We had the pleasure of meeting the suave club manager, Scott, who ensured our glasses were always full at the jazz bar, adding a touch of elegance to our evenings.Grand Hyatt's family-friendly atmosphere, coupled with its convenient location and attentive staff like Scott, made our experience truly memorable. We look forward to returning for another enjoyable stay in the future.
